Site Labour Agreements

Horizon Construction Management Ltd. (HCML) continues to work closely with various union and non union contractors.

The umbrella agreement between HCML and the Christian Labour Association of Canada (CLAC) applies to all contractors except those affliated with the International Association of Bridge, Structural, Ornamental and Reinforcing Iron Workers, Local 720 (Ironworkers, Local 720) and the Communication Energy and Paperworkers (CEP), Local 777.
